Once the demographics are keyed, scroll down to view products offered through Choice Health.

Select More Info to view the product and add to the cart.

Next, you can continue shopping and add more products, send the quote for member self-enroll, or proceed to checkout.

Within checkout your client must join the Collective Wellness Association, Inc. CWA provides additional benefits for your members found below.

Customer Self Enroll

Find your unique URL on your back-office dashboard to the lower right under Personalized Links.
It should read, www.enrollible.com/yourname
▶ Step 2
All member facing links will include the reps name to get credit for the sale.
These can be emailed to a prospect or used on business websites and advertising pages for self-enrollment.

Customers can also self-enroll from an emailed quote sent at the end of the Benefit Store path.
