Enrollment: Use your “Benefits Store” lower left to enroll customer

Step 3:

Select New Member or Current Member (to make additions to active clients), then Collective Wellness Association, Inc.

Step 4:

Once the demographics are keyed, scroll down to view products offered through Choice Health.

Step 5:

Select More Info to view the product and add to the cart.

Step 6:

Next, you can continue shopping and add more products, send the quote for member self-enroll, or proceed to checkout.

Step 7:

Within checkout your client must join the Collective Wellness Association, Inc. CWA provides additional benefits for your members found below. Visit CWA

Step 8:

Within checkout, you are required to read the below *Statement provided to you at checkout to your client.

*Mandatory Statement (Step 8)

Your Initial Payment: The payment will charge your bank account for the premium and the Association fee. This will occur between the 21st & 30th of the month before each covered service month. (we may require you to submit a legible voided check). Billing Name that will appear on the statement: Enrollible Inc. Your Monthly Payment: The monthly payment will charge your bank account for the monthly premium plus any monthly fees. The charge date is based on the effective date of your primary policy. Billing will occur between the 21st and 30th of the month prior to the service month. (There is NO monthly charge for EFT). Note: You understand this authority is to remain in full force and effect until the company has received written notification from you of its termination in such time and in such a manner as to afford the company and depositor a reasonable opportunity to act on it. You have the right to stop payment of debit entry (deduction) by notification three business days or more before this payment is scheduled to be made. There is a $35 insufficient funds free.

Customer Self Enroll

Step 1:Find your unique URL on your back-office dashboard to the lower right under Personalized Links.

It should read, www.enrollible.com/yourname


Step 2:All member facing links will include the reps name to get credit for the sale.

These can be emailed to a prospect or used on business websites and advertising pages for self-enrollment.
Step 3:Customers can also self-enroll from an emailed quote sent at the end of the Benefit Store path. 




Team Member Onboarding:

Step 1:Send your new hire this URL https://reps.enrollible.com/registration with your agent code found in your dashboard within Account Information located in the drop down bar under your name on the upper far right.

For example - Representative ID (KCMA1158) 
Step 2:Have the team member you are onboarding fill out and email it to you to confirm completion.  





Step 3:Email Lisa lisa@enrollible.com at Enrollible with your name, your onboarded agent name, email and Level or Percentage for your new agent.

*You will be notified via email once the agent is effective in the system. To view hierarchy, visit Back Office, tap Manage then View Downline Reps. Note tools to right of active representatives that allow you to support your representative’s business.

*Important Notice: Companion Card

Companion Card  Members need to activate their Companion Card to access those benefits including Telemedicine.  They do so by visiting https://www.wellcardsavings.com/ and register using Group ID MECPLUS.  They can then save, text or email their card to themselves.  After registering, advise members to call Freshbenies at 1-855-373-7450 and have them set up free access to telemedicine benefits. 

Credit Card Processing:

Business owners can pay by credit card at a surcharge of 3.5% of the monthly premium. This amount will be displayed and new monthly charge posted when you are enrolling or a customer chooses to pay by credit card.

Business Cutoff:

Cutoff for effective date of the month is midnight the 18 of month prior.

Business written up to 18th will be charged to the client’s credit card or the bank to be drafted between the 21st and 26th of that month.

Commissions:

Commissions are processed between the 10th and 15th of the month for the prior period. It may take 3-5 days for direct deposit. Included in the premium is a $7 fee for health product, $4 fee for Dental and Vision. These fees are non-commissionable. Additionally, the credit charge of 3.5% is not commissionable. Reach out to lisa@enrollible.com with any additional commission questions.

Fulfillment:

Physical cards will be mailed out to arrive 5-7 business days from the EFFECTIVE date. If a client needs a temporary card, please have them call customer service.

Plan Termination:

Go to your dashboard and tap “Manage” then “View Members.”

Search and find the member, tap the Red Icon to the far right, fill out the pop-up window and submit the request for Termination for the member.

If the client is set to draft within 3 days, email lisa@enrollible.com with client name, system ID # and termination date.

Do NOT contact SBMA or advise your client to. The request must be submitted to Enrollible.

How does a business add or terminate an employee or make changes to a plan?

The business would login to their business portal here https://group.enrollible.com/login to add or remove employees and make plan changes. They can also email info@enrollible.com for additional assistance.
